Dirty, dated, received the wrong dish twice and couldn’t wait for them to get it right as had to go back to work. Felt uncomfortable having to watch my colleague eating by herself even though she couldn’t eat much as was very greasy and cold. I don’t expect a perfect English but communication is imperative when dealing with the public and an apology would have been much appreciated instead of being rude and arrogant. Although most people won’t speak Portuguese the staff should be aware that swear words in foreign language are well known by many and just because You May think I am English you never know if the person in front of you understands your language......I didn’t appreciate the staff comments...

I've been to this place so many times and it never disappoints. I've taken my team here and taken lunch breaks etc , the variety of food caters for many different occasions or for just a quick snack, whatever the requirements are at the time. Staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and made fabulous recommendations based on what I've described my likes are. As a smoker i also appreciate that they have tables outside as well! Also like to shop around for some delicious Portuguese treats before i leave as they always have something on the shelf that reminds me of a holiday! Very good value for money too 👏 top notch 👌 will keep going...

I’ve been coming to Madeira Beach for a couple of years now. The staff are super friendly and the service is brilliant. My favourite thing is going there with the family on Sunday mornings and having a good breakfast. They have a huge selection of Portuguese products that are available to buy and sometimes if it’s not available the are able to order it in for you. The owner Flavio is very kind and funny. Always very welcoming when we visit with our children.
