I recently visited Korea Foods supermarket in New Malden, and I was blown away by the great selection of food and kitchen items they offer. This supermarket has quickly become one of my go-to destinations for all of my grocery needs.

The variety of Korean food available is fantastic, with an extensive selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, snacks, and pantry staples. I am always impressed by the quality and freshness of the food on offer, and I have found some unique ingredients that I can't find anywhere else.

In addition to the food, Korea Foods also has a wide selection of kitchen items, including traditional Korean cookware, utensils, and serving dishes. I always enjoy browsing through the kitchen section and finding new tools and gadgets to add to my collection.

The staff at Korea Foods are always friendly and helpful, offering suggestions and recommendations for new ingredients to try. The store is also well-organized, making it easy to find everything I need.

I visit Korea Foods every fortnight to stock up on food I love, and I always leave feeling satisfied with my purchases. If you're a fan of Korean food or looking to try something new, I highly recommend visiting Korea Foods in New Malden. You won't be...

Rude staff, this supermarket have some foods I like even though it's located on oneway system but it's didn't stop me going there until today I when there to buy some eggs. This is the 3rd times buying eggs from there, the first time I bought no one told me that I can wrap it, end up with broken a few eggs when I got home. The second time there was a nice staff at the check out told me to wrap it and a nice man wrapped it for me, today I bought again I went to wrapping corner but no body there so I asked a young woman at the check out for someone to help but she told me that I have to do it myself, I asked her could you show me how do it but she said didn't know either, I said ask someone else then she said you have to do it yourself went back to sit at the til then the older woman came and asked then speak rudely to me with her loud voice that" you have to do it yourself". I said "How? I asked for help because I don't no how to do it and no instruction written here if I know I won't bother to ask you". She said with unhappy face " I will do it for you this time, next time you have to do it yourself" This two staff have zero customer service skill and no service mind and no manner . Whoever shouldn't to be...

Another supermarket in New Malden which focuses mainly on serving the local Korean population. Whilst most of the products sold in the shop are Korean, there are also products from other Asian countries too.

The shop is clean, spacious and brightly lit, which makes it easy to find what you're looking for. There are fresh and frozen food sections, as well as homeware too.

There is a separate bakery attached to the shop (with it's own entrance) but it has shorter opening hours than the main shop. Fortunately, a small selection of baked items are available to purchase from within Korea Foods, even when the bakery is closed.

There are no self-service payment tills, but there are always enough staffed tills open, to keep queueing times to a minimum.

The car park is quite badly designed, making it feel a little dangerous to drive in - it could do with some floor markings. Nevertheless, I appreciate that the shop has a customer car park, and that it is free.

It's a great place to shop for Korean groceries, and also Asian groceries in general. I like that they sell larger packet sizes of certain products, such as tea or noodles. Well...

Big fan of this supermarket. Great selection of items from all parts of Asia. A particularly good selection of Soju flavours that I had to try. Will be back again soon

I’ve been shopping at Korea Foods in New Malden for a long time, mainly for Korean and Asian groceries, but honestly, this place has gone downhill. They’ve crammed in way too many shelves to fit more products, making the aisles so narrow that it’s difficult to even push a cart through. Shopping here feels more like an obstacle course than a supermarket. On top of that, the prices are much higher than H Mart across the board. My family only comes here to buy our favorite kimchi, but for everything else, we prefer H Mart because it’s significantly cheaper. Customer service is another huge issue. Most of the staff seem to be Chinese employees who speak Korean, and the cashiers are incredibly unfriendly. Even Long Fung, the Chinese supermarket, which used to be known for bad service, has improved recently—staff there now greet customers and treat them politely. But at Korea Foods, there’s just no hope. If it weren’t for the kimchi, I wouldn’t bother coming here at all.
