From the first conversation, PGK exuded knowledge, quality and professionalism.

Daria, our Advisor/Designer, was able to answer to all our questions (and it was obviously from experience / knowledge), and steer us towards entirely sensible (and the right) conclusions. Looking back on all the "steers" she gave us, every one of her suggestions was correct.

When it came to our placing the order, we were taken through the detail, and given time to make the final decisions. Organizing the delivery and the PGK fitter was straightforward and they dovetailed perfectly. From delivery of all the units/items to completion of fit (excluding worktop / electrician to finish) was 5 days.

The fitter was of a very high quality, as are all the units ("Ballerina" range). Our "snagging list", which was agreed with the fitter on his first visit, consisted of five items that were weren't snags at all. After-Sales was also top-notch, arranging the delivery of an additional item and fitting the next day, and making sure we had no further outstandings.

We had previously read the online reviews of other suppliers/kitchens and were fearing stressful times; but nothing about our experience with PGK resembled them.

I recently bought my kitchen from Premium German Kitchens in Wimbledon, and I can't praise them enough for the outstanding service I received. Shaluka and his team were absolutely fantastic, and the whole experience was even better than I expected.

Shaluka was a true pro with an incredible eye for design. He patiently listened to my ideas and guided me through the process, offering expert advice along the way. He really knew his stuff and effortlessly turned my vision into reality.

What impressed me the most was Shaluka's patience. He took the time to answer all my questions, no matter how many I had. He made sure I understood everything and adapted to my changing preferences without any fuss. I felt like he genuinely cared about making me a happy customer.

The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Shaluka was always on time, well-prepared, and super attentive to details. Even after the purchase, he continued to be responsive and helpful, making sure I was completely satisfied with my new kitchen.

Overall a very good experience. We redid our kitchen completely (including everything) with PGK.

As the name says, PGK focuses mainly on (modern) German kitchen (we wanted modern) but I think they also have some other ranges.

We dealt with Shaluka who was always very friendly, patient and flexible (did one site visit at super short notice). He helped us to let us find out what we really wanted (design, colour etc.) The end result is really good.

We also bought the complete set of white goods. PGK was very transparent about delivery time due to stock shortage in the market and were on top of it. PGK even advised us to order 1 week later so we could benefit from a cash-back promotion from the white good company.

Delivery of the actual kitchen was smooth.

We were also recommended a very good installer.

The only issue was with one of their subcontractors. We had chosen the worktop material and colour at PGK and paid PGK for it. The cutting and installation was done through a sub-contractor (Ratna Marble) which was a complete nightmare. They cut the worktop wrongly and installed it anyway.
