Ron Smith Recycling — Attraction in London

Nearly killed my family on the dual carriage way. The lanes were merging and one of the drivers - "grandad" - wasn't allowing us to merge. He was so adamant on staying with his convoy of two other trucks and beeped us. Then proceeded to drive dangerously just to threaten us - later on after we'd finally been able to move to a left lane and he suddenly swerved in front of us. Terrible.

Not a customer, but felt it important to let others know that these guys drive dangerously.

I called to get a quote and I was told to send the details over which I was happy to do. The lady on the other end of the phone was so rude and uninterested in speaking to me. I asked her politely to please repeat the email address and she literally sounded so irritated repeating it to me and showed her annoyance. I just did not bother to go further and hanged up the phone. There was no point in dealing with the company if you have someone at the other end of the phone that can’t even be bothered to give you an email...

Really impressed! Ordered a skip to declutter my aunt's house. Thankfully someone recommended Ron Smith Recycling. Ryan was responsive and friendly. The skip driver (I didn't get his name) was friendly and gave me some good advice on how to get the most room out of the skip. When he collected it, he suggested we could add more and found some things to add. Price was reasonable! I already recommended them to someone else before the skip was even collected!
