i called the shop to inquire whether they have Steinhauer cod liver; the man who answered did not know what it was so I explained and he replied they have it; so I asked for the price and he immediately replied 1£50p which is unusually cheap; I asked if he was sure and whether they had several tins in stock because I would be coming from outside London as the product is difficult to find, he said yes and hung up. Went to buy Georgian dumplings, didn’t see the correct price tag and only realised they were £11 at the till. I asked to return the item within 30 seconds, completely unopened and still frozen. She refused the refund, saying it’s food—which is fine, even if disappointing. But then she called me a liar and started screaming at me.
