Wimbledon Mosque — Attraction in London

Alhamdulillah Allah gave me the opportunity to offer my salah a couple of times while driving past. Beautiful and clean. In fact I would say I was surprised to see cleanliness of wadhu place and supply of hand wash and clean towels for everyone. May Allah give jaza to all those brothers who are contributing their money and effort to keep this house of Allah clean beautiful and welcoming for brothers like me who don't live in the area but feel welcomed whenever we go for salah.

I read one review about it saying that it's an Ahmadi centre ITS NOT. I'm sure that brother is mixing it up with Fazl mosque which is a Qadiyani Centre in Southfields. Wimbledon mosque is not a Qadiyani...

Wimbledon Mosque has deep and quite wonderful roots in the muslim and non-muslim faith and non-faith communities. I have been coming here for 20 years and continue to be impressed with the way the mosque serves its communities. During the pandemic it has served as an important Covid vaccination centre and throughout Ramadan evening meals have been free to all attendees. The congregation regularly raises funds for good causes. I am particularly impressed with Imam Shoaib. His sermons are well paced, humorous and typically prescient. This is wonderful to have masque (Masjid) here in the Wimbledon because of that location I think it helps all round in the local next to the Wimbledon , from Wandsworth, tooting Putney, Morden people’s are keep going , from the location point of you,the view are very beautiful and best place I would prefer to everyone to see the world amazing place for their faith to pray .
