UK Management College, College House Campus — Attraction in Manchester

I have unfortunately been a victim to this fraud of a college they scam you tell you to falsifiey your documents required to get accepted to cccu then I have witnessed people getting trained to say what's needed on your uni application CV is falsified with details of places you never worked I can go on how fraudulent they are they try and get you in to uni without 1 piece of proof of qualifications they are just 2024 scammers that want your tuition fee they collect from student finance after stealing your personal information there is no uni space offered just enroling people under false preferences stay away 99.9 teachers are not equipped to teach most sst staff are not qualified for there positions never respond to emails never pick calls just please don't share your ID passport or driving licence as they have so called agents that help you register but actually sell your personal details to fraudulent people this whole college is a con I repeat do not register as they will ruin your mental health and give u stress will be reporting to action fraud ASAP this college needs to be investigated and...

Not a great experience. Their reception is basically part of their call centre (noisy and cramped) and it seems once you are there to do an exam they have no system to properly check you in professionally or quickly.

Bearing in mind my IT exam was scheduled well in advance, how hard would it be for one of the 10 people in the room to have a system in place ready to check-in attendees? I was the only person there it seemed for an exam, at that time, so they weren't busy. I sat on a chair to wait as instructed, and felt like I was invisible. Eventually someone helped me when they realised how absurd it was for the only customer to be left waiting/blanked.

To the management - why do you think its appropriate to locate your check-in reception inside a call centre? What would have happened if 3 people turned up to...

Used to take a PearsonVue exam.

Staff incredibly unprofessional, they whatsapped messaged me 2 days before my exam, asking me to move my exam saying they were over booked. I told them I was unable to rearrange on short notice, then when I showed up I was the only person sitting an exam.

During my exam the eviglator made alot of noise and even ate her lunch in the same room as me taking my exam.

At the end of the exam they told me the printer was broken and wouldn't print or tell me my result. Said they would email it, which they did not. Had to wait 3 days to find...
