Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Manchester

My computer illiterate mid-seventies wife went to buy a coffee as usual this morning, only to be told nobody was serving, and all orders now had to be ordered and paid for by the Morrisons App. No choice but to go elsewhere, so that’s another cafe excluding many pensioners (at least, all those who only pay by cash). Shame! EDIT - 5 Months later Went to see if anything had changed in the past 5 months, but the service was still terrible. Seems Morrisons cafe now does accept cash again, but I waited at the till for seven minutes without anyone taking my order. There was someone ahead of me in the queue who had been waiting longer than me so there's no telling how long they had been waiting, and at the end of the seven minutes there were seven or eight people behind me. I did see two members of staff. One came out of the back several times to take food out, and one came out of the back several times to clear tables. Both these members of staff were asked if anyone was on the till, and both said there would be someone attending to us 'in a minute'. However, the minutes past, but nobody came. I left before anyone arrived, as did another couple of people in the queue....

The food supplied is going downhill compared with a few months ago. For fish and chip, the fish was overcooked, as it was very dry and covered with too much flour, while the chips were too hard, thin and small like Mcdonald's, which will not gave you a taste of potato.

The coffee machine was out of order only instant coffee was available but I was charged with a Latte's price in the amount of £2.6.

The environment was also not clean, the seats. tables and floor were very greasy and with dirts.

Hope it can improve and give us a new look in the...

I went here today and will be my last i bought 3 small breakfasts for me and 2 familys members i payed over 18 pound what a total rip of the size of them thay wouldnt feed a mouse thats how small thay was the cutlery wasnt even clean or the tables no wonder the place was empty you would exspect more from a morrisons cafe this place is shocking and thats...
