I come to Four Season BBQ & Hotpot pretty much every two weeks—it’s definitely one of my favourite places to eat. The BBQ meats are full of flavour, well-marinated, and always satisfying. Whether I’m here with friends or just craving a good meal, it never disappoints on taste.

The staff are friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere is casual and comfortable—perfect for a relaxed meal.

That said, I’ll admit that I almost always end up with a bit of an upset stomach afterwards (probably my own fault for not grilling everything thoroughly enough!). But honestly, that hasn’t stopped me from coming back time and time again.

One small thing I think could be improved is the grilled pineapple. It’s tasty, but for just four small slices, I don’t think it should be an extra charge—especially since the quality varies quite a bit. Sometimes it’s fresh, other times it’s clearly from a tin.

Still, those are minor points. Overall, the food is consistently good, the flavours are bold, and I always leave feeling happy (if occasionally a bit too full). Looking forward to...

Looks like this place is better in-person rather than a delivery order. Really horrid delivery service unfortunately.

Ordered at 17:52 with expected delivery for 18:52. Called first time at 19:34 for an update and was told to wait another hour after they'd forgot about the order. Ah well, this stuff happens I thought, busy Saturday.. . so by this point I'm 1.5h after ordering, given another 1h.

Phoned at 20:24 for a second update, to check they hadn't forgot a second time. This time someone new answered the phone, I asked went to ask for an update and before quoting my postcode for them to check, they tried to hang up on me! As far as this employee was concerned, this is the first time I'd phoned, not that phoning twice is nuisance when they forget to start your order.

Genuinely never had such bad service. To add insult the food was just... ok. Portion size was dismal on the platter for the price. One meal of 3 was also...

What a very rude delivery driver. We live on the 7th floor with 2 lifts working in a high rise flat just around the corner from this takeaway. My wife is 65 with a bad back, I am 67 with a bad left leg, we don’t ask for help in any way, and we always pay our way. The driver phoned my wife to come down because of covid ( he did get in the lift with someone else not wearing a mask)and collect, my wife said no bring it up and we will meet you at the lift, after 5 minutes he arrived in the lift with a neighbour from another floor, the door opened and I was waiting. He passed the food and said I no longer deliver to this address , I said ok I will phone your company and let them know, which I did. Absolutely disgusting, we have been to this takeaway before with no problems, including there bar b cue. The ribs were lovely shame we won’t be using there services again and all because of a very...
