Absolutely loved it here. My daughter only swam for about 10 mins because the air temp was too cold! I paid extra for the hot tub. That was worth every penny of the £3! My daughter got to warm up before getting dressed and it made her a very happy girlie! I also managed to get a 250m quick swim in whilst on the site (my sister in law supervised my daughter.) The water was excellent for swimming, all the joy of sea swimming but in a sheltered, supervised environment. I will defiantly be back, just wish they did winter swim sessions too. My niece and nephew went on the large inflatables. They had a wonderful time, so much so that my nephew did not want to leave! All in all a fantastic afternoon. The weather could have been better but none of the kids seemed to mind that much! The chips smelled amazing but I didn't have the budget this time for them. There was plenty of undercover spaces for those who were not swimming to shelter from the rain. The changing/toilet facilities are fairly basic however they are tidy and clean and perfectly adequate. My daughter and I both have dryrobes so changing facilities are not high on our agenda. My niece and nephew hired wetsuits and buoyancy aides which all seemed in excellent order. The staff were friendly and efficient. The prices were reasonable.

Everyone seemed to be having a great time here. The lagoon is split into three areas, the swimming area, which is a decent size, split into a family area and lane swimming. It's very cheap to book too (£2.25 per child, £4.50 per adult for 2 hours). The inflatables, which are a lot more expensive (around £70 for 4 people) but it's a very large course and they get nearly 2 hours on it. The third area is sectioned off for paddleboarding (£10/hour)which was not very busy, they say a maximum of 8-10 people at a time but for the first hour there were only 2 and then 3 during the second hour. Wetsuits can be hired for £5. Lifejackets are provided in the entry cost. There were staff everywhere, around 10 lifeguards too. All very helpful and friendly. On entry to the site a lifeguard greets each family/group privately and inducts them. The site is a little shabby around the edges but doesn't let it down too much. £2.50 fee for spectators which doesn't get you anything other than entrance seems a little unnecessary.

Visited the Lymington sea baths on a very hot bank holiday afternoon. It was busy but not packed. My small had a wonderful time playing on the mini inflatables, designed for under 7's. I had a good swim in the designated swim area. I would guess it was about 20m across so similar to a swimming pool. I would recommend sea shoes/flip flops if you are accompanying small children on the mini inflatables because the bottom of the pool consists of stones. There were only 2 showers in the ladies changing room. This wasn't really enough at the end of the day. However, the facilities were clean and serviceable. The kiosk was reasonably priced, small had an icecream with a flake and it was £2. Admission prices after 3pm were reduced. We paid £11 for the three of us. An adult all day swim was £3 and the kids mini inflatables was £5. We had a lovely couple of hours here and would definitely recommend it to others. We will be back.

My family and I had a fantastic day. Plenty of seating even though we arrived a little late for our session. Sessions was quiet and we wasn’t waiting for anything apart from a couple of minutes for the hot shower but it was worth it! Wetsuit hire available but we did not need them. The inflatables are a challenge for all ages and we all fell in numerous time which was all part of the fun. The food was cheaper than the nearby chip shop and lots of selection. Everywhere was nice and clean apart from the first step of the far end inflatable was disgusting to be honest. Not all inflatables seems to be up looking at pictures. Glad we didn’t do paddle boarding not sure how you can spend an hour doing it in the 5m square stretch they have set out for it. Felt the inflatables was good value for money but doubt I would feel the same had I paid for that. Stones at the bottom of pool was sharp on feet I would wear pool shoes next time. No lockers available which would have been helpful. Would definitely return...
