Newcastle Centre — Attraction in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council

Been to the Newcastle centre a number of times , normally the Staff have been nothing but pleasant and informative. However on this occasion staff were rude and unhelpful. Despite having a multi site membership for the gym i.e Newry Downpatrick and the Newcastle site I was informed I wasn't able to use the gym facilities to run and use the bathroom without an induction, which to be frank is ridiculous. Apart from this aspect having already done an induction at another site and having to then do it again at each seems rather pointless. We unfortunately chose a bad day to visit due to the weather conditions. The pools were warm enough but the air temperature was far too cold for the kids. Be aware there are no hot showers here and no hairdryers. The staff were also very young...
