After being persuaded by someone at the Heritage Center I sent them a Nuneaton Year Book from 1898 which belonged to my Dad and, whilst very personal to me, felt it should be shared by all. Never heard from them again, no word of thanks or proof of receipt - nothing. Wish I had sent it to the Museum...

Sept '23. Fascinating local museum depicting Nuneaton in bygone years. All set in one of the first purpose built school buildings in the town. Run by a very knowledgeable & passionate curator. Well worth a visit. Also has a large hall...

We visited a craft fair, and saw lots of artist's work, then looked round the heritage center itself, and had a coffee at the cafe, which I think had a name like Rhubarb and cucumber. We sat outside on seats made of old pallets...
