Kids loved the place and wanted to revisit it. Lovely green area, slides and walking track, seating benches and chairs, sand park was a good addition. Overall, pleasant feeling. Parking was free on street and no isaue in finding parking. Entry was free and the time of the day, we visited, there was no busy time so kids enjoyed all rides without waiting in queue.

Been completing a challenge to walk 90miles in October 2025 for MIND (Mental Health awareness) It's a lovely park, with some child friendly play areas, a bowling green, a tennis court, but great to just take a stroll around, watch out for the squirrels & much more, dog walkers welcome to!

Very nice tracks for walk n kids play ground, entrance is pretty cool with Xmax Tree’s🌲 on both side of the main alley. You can easily access the car park in back of the park n enjoy the beauty of greenery.

It's a nice little park. It has a decently large field, big enough to have 2 or 3 games of football going on at the same time. It also has a tennis court and a kids play area where there are swings and a slide etc.

The swings are very poorly designed however as the are placed in a circle of 6. This means that if everyone is swinging and doing high swings everyones feet has a chance of hitting each other. Furthermore, I understand why they put a safety chain on the swings but they welded it on meaning it's very awkward to get on and off the swings.

In terms of walking or jogging it has a very nice atmosphere and is quiet as well as quite calming/relaxing.

There is also an obolisk memorial placed...

It's only a little park but it is beautiful. Whilst I was heavily pregnant and unable to walk more than a mile or so in the heat of summer, this was a great place to go with my toddler and dog. Pretty flower beds, trees to play hide and seek around, a great children's area and a large playing field for fetch and football. There's also a few ramps for skaters, tennis courts and for those preferring more gentle pursuits, a lovely bowling green.

There's something for everyone despite the...

Nice park. The climbing frame was taken down around 2 months ago. Could do with something to replace it. The park is always clean and appears well maintained. Tennis, basketball courts and skate park as well as football goals on large grassed area. Nice path around park, good for running or cycling. Plenty places to sit. Good place to take children. Could just do with something replacing...
