I booked a 10am slot online for my two boys at 6 and 10years. Never been before so thought I’d book. Easy enough process online. Watched the safety video (with the boys!) and electronically signed the disclaimer and when we arrived, I gave my surname and they had my booking information and signed form as well. They sent me a QR code as a ticket but I didn’t need it. Plenty of seating available both up and downstairs Howe you can’t see much due to the set up. I bought a really nice cappuccino made properly and two cans of pop for the kids. Ā£6 didn’t seem too bad at all. Staff very friendly and very helpful too with explanations. I only saw the boys twice the whole time and they loved it! There’s a huge inflated area with numerous obstacles, a four lanes ninja course with varying degrees of difficulty and behind them, a small indoor football pitch!? Cost was approximately Ā£25 for both boys and Ā£2.50 each for the socks for them to keep for next time. Ā£30 to tire the kids out - priceless! Ā£25 next time - the equivalent cost for bowling for example, so I now have another option for a morning out. I live in Sheffield but was recommended Rotherham. I’m glad I took the advice. The free lockers are great for trainers so you’re not lumbered! Just open, put items in, close, lift handle and put a 4-digit code in. A light comes on and goes off. Just put your code back in to open again. Just a tip - we went on opening and it soon got busy - but not bad at all. We had the place nearly to ourselves!

It was good, not quite as good as jump Inc but still good. Well lit, so great for photos and videos. Well staffed, very good safety measures. The inflated flooring will mean your legs will feel the benefit the following day. 🤣🤣🤣 Wasnt too busy when we went which was really nice as we had lots of space and didn't get really hot and bothered. An hour was long enough as the equipment was very repetitive and we were just about to get bored when our colour was called and it was our time to leave. Fun for both kids and adults. Unless you are one of those boring parents who just sits and pretends to watch. There are seating areas for those people. Where refreshments are available to buy while you wait. For those wanting to join in the fun there are lockers for you to safely store your belongings. Free parking, easy to find, clean, well staffed, well looked after, fun throwback music. A great way to spend quality time with the kids.

Profits before people, health and customer satisfaction? The staff were quiet, missing for large amounts of time and seemingly overwhelmed.

Brilliant facility in terms of the actual inflatable maze of activities and Warrior tasks. Let down heavily by poor general hygiene, COVID precautions (lack of) and young, inexperienced poorly trained staff left struggling.

No signs on the building to let you know your at Jump it's easy to miss! Very crowded reception with no encouragement to wear masks or keep even keep a small distance between yourself and others. I would have preferred a well ventilated space especially with close proximity to people not from my house for a large period of time and no encouragement to wear a mask. It would reduce the risk I'd prefer not to take.

As you enter the facility the companies Covid policy/direction with regards mask wearing is obsolete and I soon felt a lack of regard to care. Presented immediately by a large party queue, struggling to find any hand sanitiser, 20 mins later we entered the main, more spacious facility. I did find one poorly placed dispenser behind a door, hand sanitiser station as you walked in from the car park, unfortunately it was empty.

How this place isn't getting shut down for COVID pings or complete disregard to COVID transmission minimisation is beggars belief. Parts are literally disgusting. Urine splashed floors where young kids may not think to put shoes on, run in with only socks on before returning to bounce all over inflatables makes me worry. Then bouncing to eating party food to bouncing with no encouragement to wash hands, or place shoes on to enter toilets to wash hands.

Random offers with refillable Slushy cup purchases had no terms or conditions and seemed as though discounts offered as a prize were for whatever the staff wanted to allow it for, very ambiguous. I visited the website on the day to try and workout what the offer could be used for, two paragraphs explained nothing. No slushy was available to refill anyway, so a pointless purchase. Perhaps incentivise something actually manageable?

My daughter pulled a long hair from the customer refill slushy station, perhaps staff could serve this from behind the counter to minimise hygiene risks?

There seemed to be a couple of hard working staff, members and then quite a few not doing a lot, by my observations. Is this just a lax Sunday, was I just unlucky?

I feel like I was playing roulette with COVID and D&V from the moment me and my family set foot in this Jump facility. Our own parenting may have reduced the risks hopefully in regards ensuring hand washing, shoe wearing, I certainly feel it all could be minimised with the party coordinator directing the kids to use hand washing facilities prior to eating. Having just returned from holiday in Norfolk and after having visited many attractions, this is the first time I felt at more...

I booked my daughters 6th Birthday party here for Sat 14th August as she is obsessed with this place. I managed to find a discount code so got 20% off at time of booking for 10 kids too.

All of the parents had signed the waivers and watched the safety videos prior to the party day. We arrived a bit earlier than our guests were advised so we could put a banner up in the party room but despite this our room wasn’t cleaned until a min or two before our slot so this couldn’t happen. It little disappointing as it meant the party host (the lovely Deena/Dina) and I had to put it up with the guests in the room but not a massive issue.

Deena/Dina explained what would happen, kids got an hrs play (she said she would go in a play games with them which they loved!) and then they would sing Happy Birthday to my daughter in the party room as she blew out the candle and then they’d have food and photos.

All of the kids got grip socks included. One adult had to pay to supervise up to 2 under 6’s in the bounce park which was made clear at time of booking.

Some of the parents wanted to order food as the party was at lunchtime. None of us could see a good menu which was odd and the lady on the till confirmed they didn’t have one…think they may be missing a trick here as some would assume they just do drinks. Maybe the menus were usually on the tables but weren’t due to the after effects of Covid guidelines, I’m not sure…

Overall, my daughter and her little friends had the ā€˜bestest’ time. Our host, Deena/Dina was amazing and could not do enough for us. So much so, that my daughter asked if she could give her a leftover unicorn party cupcake…so sweet!

I wouldn’t hesitate to...

I arrived yesterday the 5th of March 2018 to find 3 of your staff chatting about how bad ā€˜Beth’ was and how she didn’t empty the bins! 1 of your staff lifted her head from the conversation to tell me the price I paid! I had a 2 & 1/2 year old child who was so excited to then be told I had to keep her quiet and entertained to watch the video!! She was ofcourse board to tears !! And had absolutely no idea what todo or why she couldn’t ā€˜jump’ Then to be shouted at from behind the desk by this woman! (Possibly manager) !! Who really upset my daughter!! The we were to watch this video tonthe end! You really need something else inplace of this, it’s extremely hard to keep an excited child entertained and to watch the video!! We then got it to the main part of arena! Normally there are balls for little people to get the hang of it again, a kind member of staff got one from another area.. my daughter was just getting the hang of it again when then member of staff (possibly manager) took the ball and threw it back in the other area ! I said we were playing with it, and the lady got it for us, to be told! Yes she did but she isn’t aloud to get it out of this area !!! And it’s not to be used anywhere else! What?! She 2 &1/2 !!!! There was only about 6 people in the whole of the place!! Shocked! I won’t be back! I drive 50 minuets to this complex because it’s always been really good! I won’t be back!! Absolutely appalling! As a suggestion perhaps you should send the manager?! On a communication course ! Or just general...
