Pizza Hut Rotherham — Restaurant in Rotherham

Ordered online on 12th March, had a call almost immediately to tell me that the online system shouldn't have allowed the order, it couldn't be fulfilled. They offered an alternative, I agreed reluctantly, they then rang back 5 minutes later to tell me the manager had cancelled the order completely, I asked why? Told me they could just refuse service without reason, I was polite and accommodating throughout, I asked if I could speak to the manager but they refused, I asked for the managers name so I could contact head office, again they refused. I asked for a confirmation email to say my refund was coming back, again refused. I am now £25 out of pocket with no idea if it has been refunded. I would avoid using this pizza hut, the order I made last month was over 1 hour late, again no apology. The manager in this store needs some training in how to deal with customers, I want my money refunded immediately. I would also like some evidence that the supposed refund has even been processed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Update on customer service The staff have decided to tell them that I was abusive and swearing at them, I've never been abusive or swore at anyone in my life. They have recorded calls, I suggest that customer service listen to those calls, they will establish that not only have I been slandered but their staff are downright untrustworthy. Customer service do your jobs and listen, I will assure you that you will not hear 1 swear word or anything abusive from me. Quite clearly the staff at this pizza hut are not fit to carry the name...

Avoid like the plague!

Absolutely disgusting quality pizza, nothing like the restaurant style pizzas you will recognise. Honest to God don’t give it a chance. Completely deceitful when you order on the website regarding the pizza crust styles and staff dismissive after they have stolen your money when you complain, trying to tell me it’s my mistake.

2 large pizzas with a garbage inedible garlic crust came through the door when I ordered a ‘classic’ crust. Any neutral pizza lover will not recognise in a million years that a ‘classic’ crust will be laced with disgusting garlic and herbs. Don’t even get me started on the farmhouse pizza because I can’t describe it without swearing

£16 for something that your local pizza place can do a better job for, for £4 each. On a normal day these 2 pizza’s would have been £30!!!

Clown on the phone declared ‘we’re nothing like our restaurants’. What in God’s name does that mean... would you get a KFC delivered and accept them saying... ‘oh yea... our delivery chicken here is different to what’s in our restaurants’. Extremely misleading and you only find out after you’ve parted with big money - by the time you’ve sat down in your living room, opened the box and find yourself saying out loud “what the hell is this”, the scooter drivers are already 2 miles away with your cash

‘Rotherham park gate’ my order was from but avoid all! Charging top money and sending out cheap rubbish that needs to go straight...

Waste of my time placed order online was told delivery would be at 19.08 didn't arrive so I tried to call this store about 60 times finally got through at 20.15 to be told my pizza was just coming out of the oven but it was already over an hour late then I asked why it had taken over an hour to actually get to talk to someone and the answer was I'm only a driver and there is no one here that's qualified to answer the phone ........... what a joke this shop is ........... I'll never use this place again I would rather just drive to meadowhall instead ................. the manager really needs to take look at themselves and the people they employ ........... my advise is...
