I had the most incredible experience at the wakeboarding and aqua park, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with friendly staff who made me feel welcome and excited for the day ahead.

The wakeboarding experience was top-notch! The instructors were knowledgeable and patient, providing helpful tips that allowed me to improve my skills quickly. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced wakeboarder, there are courses and challenges for everyone to enjoy.

The aqua park was an absolute blast! With its inflatable obstacles and slides, I felt like a kid again as I navigated my way through the course. It's a fantastic way to cool off, have fun, and challenge yourself physically.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and safety was clearly a top priority. I felt comfortable and secure throughout my visit, which allowed me to fully immerse myself in the fun without any worries.

We came as a big group lady on the counter was brilliant really helpfull had loads of names to check through for the waivers. Kids enjoyed it this is our 3rd time here as a big group. Its loads better this time around boards inbetween inflatables so bit easier to get round.

Only thing that lets it down a bit is the changing rooms and toilets. Alot of people were having to get changed outside trying to cover up with towels.

It is a very busy place which i get and maybe in peak times needs more staff on the cafe. We were queuing 25 minutes and there was no rush in them to serve people. We did do a big food and drink order which i had spoken to a few hours before we put it in so they had a little heads up. When i say big i mean 25 pizzas and chips.....by the way thd pizzas are so nice. This was really quick to be honest they did really well sorting this but the one thing that i thought was very rude.

There was a lady an oldish lady i said is there any chance we can get some paper plates she looked at me and said how many i went 50 she said oh no ide have to charge you for them i went but weve just put a massive order in. She was like right you can have them but i thought the way she had spoken to me was very rude and come on what a few plates when weve put loads of money in the till.

Other than the lady at the cafe the place is great kids will love it the staff on the front are great. We will...

We did the water obstacle course...The actual place was amazing and fun was had by all but the organisation was very poor.

I had arranged a surprise birthday party for my partner here and the process for booking was difficult. We had tried to book the bbq for our party which was initially free But you had to book the activity and pay for it in full first...by the time I had done this..the option was no longer available. (Even though it was known that we wanted this). The second option was to pre-order food... which we did but when we turned up, no one knew about it and I was accused of not having done it. After showing the email evidence that I had, they agreed to sort the food for 25 people but said they'd have to cook it in the kitchen and not on the bbq and they had not organised any seating for this.
