Cafe de Bella — Restaurant in North East Derbyshire

Been here multiple times now and been disappointed each time mainly due to the rudeness and lack of interest from the staff, upon asking for some information on some food served just got 'I don't know' as a response when it could have took seconds to find out.. Had order wrong even after stating clearly what I was after multiple times, I give two stars just down to the waiting staff who fetched the food to the table and cleared away as they were very friendly and helpful.. Food also unsatisfactory. Unfortunate really as its close to me and would have brought them much custom if only the staff were interested in customer...

Delivery took over an hour. The bacon, egg, sausage, roll was OK but nothing to write home about. However the portion size was good. The cheesey chips tasted strange. Not very pleasant. Good portion size. Chocolate cake was OK but again nothing to write home about, portion size was good. Gave me ice cream instead of cream which was disappointing however the icrream was decent. Large latte was ordered with a shot of vanilla, the size was akin to a regular which annoyed me. However it tasted very nice and was easily the best of the items I ordered. We visited here on a Sunday morning at 11.20am we ordered a full English and veggie breakfast with a tea and latte, £13.10 It was very busy but we have been sat waiting 40 minutes and still haven't got our food. The drinks were nice but long gone. I'll finish this review when our food arrives...... It eventually came 50 minutes after we'd offered it. It was ok.
