Spacehoppas Playzone — Attraction in Sandwell

The first and last time I’ll visit this place first off a Male worker come out carrying two bowls of desserts drops one on the floor where the kids are running around and laughs was then about to leave the area unsupervised to which a female worker who had two bowls of ice cram come back and stood there while he went to get the things to clear it up then after a few mins comes with another female worker still laughing and then while she swept up his mess he stood there still with a grin on his face

then secondly A guy in his late 40s to early 50s is playing football by the toilets with his son where the ball nearly hit two families kids one been only a few months old and in a car seat THREE TO FOUR TIMES then the other families child been no older than 18 months again about THREE TO FOUR TIMES they then get told to play football in the specified area TWICE to which they ignored then one of the families who’s kids they nearly hit tell him that there is her baby there for his response to be a shrugged shoulders and a look as if like oh well I don’t care for then having to be told by a actual member of staff to move to the designated area for him and his kid to then go into the middle of the area where the kids was running around for him to then be blasting the football to his son round the corner from the entrance

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TO SUCH A DISGRACEFUL PLACE KIDS WHO AM YOUNG WOULD BE BEST TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT ACTUALLY KEEPS KIDS SAFE IN THE PLAY AREA I WAS ONLY THERE FOR NO LONGER THAN A HOUR DUE TO HOW MUCH OF A JOKE I THOUGHT...

Lovely place to bring my little boy, been here a few times now customer service is a 100% friendly staff, clean place, good price and plenty of space for kids to run around and have lots of fun .my son absolutely loves it.definitely recommend this place..

I visited today with my little boy and just like every other week he attends he loves every minute of this place and staff are friendly as always, BUT My son got hungry so decided to order him some food and I also ordered for myself something to eat too. Only to find ham in my pot of cheese and chips looked like left overs put together from other people's plate I felt sick!!

I've come here when it's been less busy and food was fine then, but today it was packed out with lots of hungry children and parents doesn't mean she should fill my plate up with people's left over food bloody discusting. People can have all sorts of illness's, it could've been passed on to me and my child.

When I spoke to the manager she told me she had made the food herself and can't explain where the peice of ham came from and that she had poured the cheese out of a packet😒 "OK" and apparently the chips were freshly cooked urrrm I think I know the difference between fresh chips and old chips, I told the lady if she thought they were fresh she can eat it herself I'll happily let them keep the money for it, not happy at all..seriously my son loves this place and I won't stop coming here but next time I'll feed him before I come don't trust the people in...

It's OK.... it's getting a bit run down in places and there's caked on dust. There's never any balls in the ball pit for the little ones to play with! it's really annoying that there's no policing of the children by staff as some parents just do nothing. Every single time I come here I have to tell other kids off for climbing up the slides when others are trying to use them or throwing balls aggressively at each other. The smaller play area for under 3s and under 5s always has older children in it. One kid was climbing up the nets and fell off and onto my kid (luckily she was ok). If there were staff policing the areas then this wouldn't happen. It's fine if you go and there are like minded parents there who watch and control their kids but if not, it's just stressful. There's loads of chairs/sofas for you to sit on. The toilets are in need of some TLC. Staff are friendly, I've never had any issues with them. I'm sure we will still go here again as my daughter does enjoy it so ill take photos/ update my review if things improve and increase the stars where it's due. Or, reduce if it keeps getting worse. I still think its a good place to take your child but maybe...
