Bruce Fountain — Attraction in Scotland

Impressive ornamental fountain in the centre of the main road through the charming small town of Falkland. Onesiphorus and Margaret Tyndall-Bruce of Falkland Estate commissioned the fountain, and the design by Alexander Roos was erected in 1856. This was featured in the Outlander t.v series. It is in a quiet village and parking is on the street. I visited during the week and there were still quite a few visitors that came and went while I was taking photographs. It was nice to stand where some shots were taken for the show. Very picturesque little village, with great walks nearby in the Faulkland Estate.
