Visited here for early dinner on Sat 11th Jan, it wasn't busy when we went in. We paused at the entrance waiting to be seated. This guy who was sitting chatting to who I presume was the manager was given the heads up to get up and seat us, which he did. He gave us menus, then went and sat back down at the same table. There appeared to be an overflow of staff-v-customers when we were in. After about a ten minute wait, we were asked if we would like to order, so order done, we then had another wait, and the drinks didn't seem to be coming! There was a colleague on the wrong side of the bar on his phone, the original guy still sitting at the table on his phone, other colleagues across the restaurant x 2 on their phone and breaking up cardboard (he turned out to be a cook) and the guy who took our order clearing a table. I couldn't even see if anyone was preparing food! There was no sort of service or hurry to move your order on. The chef rang the bell twice later for someone's order to be taken to them, and they had already walked past it as it was sitting. Again, it was a quiet service. The only time there was any chat from staff was when we were paying. We've been before, and the food is great. That's the positive from the visit, but maybe the colleagues would be better off in a retail phone store than a hospitality...

Good shopping centre. Lots of shops available. Stores do change quite often however nothing is left empty for too long. I do have a complaint about the security of the fort. Parking is a nightmare on weekends and parking staff only seem to care when it's busy. They illegally direct traffic and stop drivers. They are not insured or trained to do this and it is dangerous to listen to them as they have no idea what other parking attendants are telling other people. They have no jurisdiction on the roads around or through the fort. Additional nothing is done in the actual car park where cars and delivery vans double park or take up numerous spaces despite it being peak time. Blue badge parking spaces are not policed and many disabled visitors holding a blue badge are left to travel from the far end of the car park. The parking situation in the fort is amble but badly sign posted and the one way roads are not clear resulting in backed up traffic or literally stuck cars. Security in the fort is not much better with teenagers on bicycle riding at speed through the open area and children being allowed to ride on bikes scooters and segways through shops. Both of these put other shopper as serious risk of harm. Step up security for a modern shopping facility and quit pretending to be...

ADVENTURE AWAITS BAD AND STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE - Disgrace This is our favorite shopping mall. Yesterday, my daughter and I went to the shopping mall for a walk. My daughter saw the small carousels. Of course, we went inside. The employees working there, especially one employee and an older man, probably the person in charge, looked at us strangely. They probably wanted us to pay an entrance fee. Then my daughter walked on the ground there. There was only one girl in the area who was jumping. My daughter also wanted to jump, but she is only 15 months old. I put her on one of the trampolines to stand. Immediately, an employee came up and asked if my daughter wanted to jump. I thought, can a 15-month-old girl jump on a trampoline? The answer was clear – if you don't pay, then leave. After that, we went to the small carousel cars that spin in the park area. The angry man was sitting there. My daughter wanted to touch the carousel, so I asked the man if she could touch it. The man replied that it was not allowed. If you want to touch, you have to pay. How can a 15-month-old child ride such a carousel? The man said: "Sorry, business is business." I would say there shouldn't be permission to rent land to people with such bad and rude attitude.

Glasgow Fort is a wonderful place to visit, Silja Europa cruise and the inside buffet option available. The cruise aboard Silja Europa was a remarkable journey that exceeded all expectations. One of the standout features of the cruise was the inside buffet, which provided a delightful dining experience. The buffet offered an extensive array of dishes, catering to different palates and dietary requirements. From delicious international cuisines to delectable local specialties, there was something for everyone to enjoy. The quality and presentation of the food were excellent, leaving passengers impressed and satisfied. The convenience of the inside buffet was another plus, as guests could enjoy their meals in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment, regardless of the weather outside. The spacious and well-designed setting added to the overall dining ambiance. Throughout the cruise, the Silja Europa crew provided impeccable service, ensuring that guests’ needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The atmosphere onboard was welcoming, making passengers feel at home during the entire voyage.
