Great course, with a typically friendly and welcoming bunch of runners. Organisers do a fabulous job. The run is mainly flat but starts with a wonderful leg-draining stretch of sandy beach challenge to kick things off!

Discovered this beach area today and what a surprise. Parking was good, area and beach were clean. Nice sandy beach for kids and the 100 iron men are something to behold.

Excellent place to start the weekend on a beach parkrun. Plenty of surrounding parking, as well as that on the leisure centre.
