SUFC Superstore — Attraction in Sheffield

Visited the shop recently and was absolutely disgusted by the level of customer service and how i was spoken to. Judgemental staff. Emailed Sufc to discuss this but no surprised they have ignored me. They did reply about a week later but it was your standard spreel really no real concern care or follow up. Did a postal order 24 November with £4.50 delivery as i just couldn't face going in the shop again, a week later sorry your order is taking a long time no mention of when it will come really? for £4.50 thats not good service. Sky high prices and rubbish service. Then days later they just refund you part of your money back without any explanation cause what you ordered and paid for 2 weeks prior isnt in stock! Why let me order it and pay for it then. Service in shop and online...
