Think before you bring your kids there for health and safety reasons! Shame on you Owner of the place!
As we just came in today my 9 years old son was assaulted by two boys so bad that he came to me distressed with bleeding and bruised nose, ripped and swollen ear, scratches to his face and neck as well as red broken cappilats on the neck from them choking to him..his football shirt was covered in blood too. It was two boys around my son's age..with granny, mum an other woman and toddler and baby in the stroller ... They had no notion to apologize and instead were smerking and laughing at us... My son was distressed at the table with me and two of his sister at his side. One of the staff brought my son icepack and napkin to wipe the blood of his face.. As there was no more support from anyone in that place I decided to ring police ...only time the Owner came over to me to notify that the police wants to talk to me.. Surprise,surprise...police couldn't do anything as those kids were under 10' Only thing they offered to talk to parent of the kids..and she was waving the hands and shouting like something out of shameless...only thing they packed up right away and left..whole gung of them..walking away and spitting abuse and wawing the hands... I must stress the owner(or manager) of Peters Pan didn't come up once to see how was my son or to see if we needed anything or try to sort anything out.. Police told me peters pan management has authority to ask those people leave. So Peters pan management refused to ask them to leave to my request! So these two boys ,who assoulted my son were allowed to stay and potentially assault other kids in the place! We won't be back and I won't recommend for health and safety reasons to anyone to bring their precious kids to that place! Shame on...
Read moreMy first visit to this establishment to celebrate a 3yr old's birthday. There may have been two other similtaenous functions, yet the young female staff scurried around talking to each parrty's organiser, illiciting any relevant requests. Following the childrens' activities on trampoline-like aparatus, monkey bars and slides there were four areas for four separate parties to sit down to mini sausages, salad sandwiches, chips and icecream. A lot of excited children and conversational adults created a volume of noise that almost overwhelned the PA system. This latter point negated the fifth star rating, otherwise this is an excellent facility for parents, friends and children to enjoy a lot of run-around freedom without needing an excuse for specific events.

Read moreWe went on a Sat afternoon with a 2 and 3 year old. Place was far too busy, completely full and hard to get a table. Staff were letting more families in nonstop. I think at peak times this place is awful for younger toddlers as it too big and lots of older kids running everywhere, knocking smaller kids down (no badness, just older kids). I would recommend for ages 4+. I also think this place needs to review the max number allowed in at any time, it was far too full over capacity and overrun on Saturday. We didn't have a second either for a tea/coffee as it was too busy. Personally, not for me and we won't be back. I understand this would suit other families with similar aged children, but we wanted a calmer play environment and learned our lesson. Might be calmer in...
