Read morePopped into this trampoline park out of curiosity as me and a few friends have always wanted to go here. I asked for some information at the reception desk and was told to go on their website. I did and the price and times sounded reasonable but was disgusted to see that anyone over 16st was not allowed to jump. Me and my friends are all over this weight as we are all over 6ft. Places like this should be accessible to ALL regardless of weight or height. It's not hard to have a reinforced trampoline park for taller heavier people. This is predudiced and excludes people based on things they can't change and didn't choose. They should not be left out and denied this way. Do not go here. I am disgusted. Awful! Terrible! So much for inclusivity and equal rights for all. It's not as if this weight restriction was for health and safety as the trampolines could be reinforced. Bigger, heavier, taller people want to have fun, enjoy the same things and be able to do whatever they want too. This is so heartbreaking and I have always wanted to go here. I left this place feeling as if I was not wanted and didn't belong. Don't know what else I can say except please please PLEASE MAKE THIS A PLACE FOR ALL PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY...
Read moreI have been here a couple of times now, and I have really enjoyed it. This past Sunday, me and my boyfriend went here to celebrate his 20th birthday, and it was shocking. The safety marshall was not interested at all in keeping people safe, people were breaking the rules infront of her and she just sat on the wall, looking really bored. Then after about 20 minutes she left, and didn't come back for about 40 minutes, leaving no one watching the trampolines, so for over half an hour there was no safety marshall, which made me and my boyfriend feel so unsafe, espeically as so many kids (and parents) were acting in an unsafe way. Then when I was threatened by a parent (because her child had run across my mat while I wasn't looking and nearly got hurt), the manager didn't do anything, even though she had made me feel so unsafe I left. I told the manager that I had been unable to enjoy my session as there was no sense of safety, and he just offered me a voucher for the remainder of my time, so I could come back and finish my session another day (I was 55mins into an hour session). I feel like I should have recieved a refund as it was due to his staff not taking safety seriously that meant I couldn't...
