Fairly small retail park but with a couple of good shops. The parking by decathalon is terrible. Really small spaces and always rammed. If you have anything bigger than a focus it will be easier to go around to b&q and park there. The decathalon is really good and so is b&q. Getting in and out is either from the main botley road by the over pass or from the spur Road to the a34/a420 junction. It's pretty quite at the moment as the botley road is shut...
