Laser Quest Swindon — Attraction in West Swindon

I’m sorely sorely disappointed as laser quest did not privately respond to my email, so I’ve come to the last resort of posting my AWFUL experience online. Honestly disgusted with the customer service I dealt with at laser quest, and in particular one of their employees. Never have I encountered such disgusting attitudes towards a customer whilst I was being served for a hot drink. I was unable to see a name tag on the young girl, but I heard her coworkers call her Sean or Sian. She looked extremely moody almost to the point you feel as if you could not confront her, I also found her extremely rude not only to me, but to my family. She made no effort to interact with us or make us feel welcome within the venue, we didn’t even get smiled at which made my family and myself feel as if we were bothering this girl for a drink. We went to laser quest as outgoing Saturday for my family. Unfortunately the events which took place with the rude employee took away the fun my son had there. She was not interacting with my son the way I had seen another employee do. Utterly disappointed with this, I will not be setting foot into laser quest until they get better staff which don’t treat customers like a piece of dirt. If it weren’t for that ONE disgraceful employee I would have possibly given laser quest a second chance. Thanks a heck of a lot Sean or Sian. You ruined...

Vile experience…. I brought my 5 year old son with me after watching videos on YouTube and seeing kids parties on website, didn’t read the terms and conditions…. Turned up Friday 19th September 7pm and the girl at desk looked my son up and down

It was my fault for not reading the website, but as a 40 year old father it was absolutely humiliated.

As a major reviewer I have left many reviews for many places. Today's review on Swindons laser quest will be spoken in truth.

On entrance the place was empty. I walked up to the till and checked the rules. Very lame and I will speak more about these in a moment. Prices are around average for snacks ect. £1 for a locker and you dont get your money back. Now for the laser . Gear is good. However , you get this midget following you around saying please people do not have fun. You turn around and boom a midget looking at you shouting people please no running no crouching no laughing no having fun. Even telling disabled children who don't understand that if they have any form of fun they will be removed. This midget wasn't happy. Also if you play 2 rounds or more you have to rewatch a stupid pointless confusing DVD which lasts about 5 minutes. Staff were fine as in 12 year old kids.

BEWARE THE BARRELS HAVE SHARP METAL AND YOU WILL RIP YOUR CLOTHES OR MAJOR DEEP SCRATCHES.
