I went for a neck back shoulders massage. It was firstly easy to book! I could pick a time and therapist too and pay a deposit. I have had massages at a range of spas and this had a good feel about it, nice reception and friendly welcome. A health form was completed and a few questions checked which is always a good sign! I had a wonderful massage at Ritual yesterday. I moved to the Alresford area a couple of years ago and prior to the pandemic, I was someone who enjoyed regular massages, for many years. I’ve been looking for somewhere new to resume my habit and I am delighted to have found Ritual. The facilities are large and airy and the staff are friendly and professional. What a disaster. The owner did my nails on 13th April at 10.30. She cut deep into my cuticle. I point out that the blood has discoloured the shellac varnish but am fobbed off with some free samples and charged £50. The cuticle bleeds for another 3 hours and is really painful.
