Brinton Park — Attraction in Wyre Forest

What a fantastic place to visit with young children. A beautiful park with added bonus of an excellent kids water park and playground. It's clean and well looked after with a small water slide as well! We took our 18 months old toddler who thoroughly enjoyed it and reckon would perfectly suit upto age 11 or even older. Best thing is it's free! Including the parking! Only thing is the car park not the biggest so would suggest getting there early at the weekend. No harm taking a picnic and really great family atmosphere. In this hot weather it's perfect day or half day out. Remember to take some towels and only thing to be aware of is the ice cream! I thought expensive at 2.50 for a Mr whippy with flake standard size so just something to be aware of. Overall though 5 stars great place to visit and the kids will love it! Ps clean...

Great open mark in the middle of kidderminster, always different events going on from cinema in the park too the annual brintons bash that brings the community together with live acts and performances and a family fair, facilities at the park include large open green areas a memorial garden with flower beds and stream, tennis courts and a skate park, splash park that's operational during the warm weather and large play park and a small gardening centre there is also a block of toilets although these are not the greatest. Only used play park while waiting for husband at Kiddi Hospital. My 4 year old loved it! There was no one there at 230pm on a Wednesday and there was so much to do. Swings, slides, twirly things, balance beams and looks like equipment for disabled children too with a picnic bench that you could get a wheelchair underneath. Really well thought out.
