The Weary Traveller has become my home from home this last week while I visit friends and family in the area.

Sam was very welcoming and the local regulars have been accepting of this 'Auzzie outsider'.

I haven't sampled the food but the ale is on par and reasonably priced.

The atmosphere is welcoming and inclusive. The place can go from quiet to 'everyone singing to the duke box' very quickly indeed.

Look forward to calling The Weary Traveller my 'local' for another week while I retread my infancy and continue to...

Wonderful family friendly pub. Nothing is to much trouble for the landlady Claire and her husband. Fantastic events put on for the children. Brilliant Easter party for this weekend, with a kids entertainer doing party games and a magic show. Lots of laughter from the kids, the best sound in the world. Well...
