C&K Electronics — Attraction in Addison Township

2 huge red flags for this store: I dropped off my A/V receiver for repair. I was told "3 business days". I had to call 2 weeks later asking for an update. Very unresponsive. They were unable to fix my A/V receiver, but still charged me $20. I don't think I should have to pay to have my electronics remain broken. I understand there is time and effort that goes into diagnosing the problem, but the onus should not be on me to pay for their lack of electronic expertise.

In short, I would not recommend C&K Electronics for any kind of service if you value responsiveness and an electronics store that actually gets...

Over the last two months I found two occasions to give C& K Electronics a 5-star review.

The first was related to a dishwasher control board that was not working, was no longer made, nor replacment units available anywhere.

Upon taking the unit to C&K Electonics, Perry repaired while I waited.

Two weeks ago my stove began beeping with a F1 error code. This control board was also found to no longer be made, nor supported by the manufacturere.

I took my Sony TV to be serviced by C&K Electronics because my TV was making very strange noises after a massive power surge in my house - it also had audio buzz & picture calibration issues. Upon pickup the TV had the same strange noises but the picture was recalibrated & the audio issues were fixed.
