I really hate to leave this review because this has been my favorite Mexican restaurant for 3 years now. But the last few times we have been there we’ve had such bad experiences. The service has really gone downhill. The new waitresses they hired have no customer service skills whatsoever, when you walk in you have to literally go up to them and try to get their attention so they can attend you, they are not attentive or welcoming to customers. I was there last week with my friends, I asked how much the wait would be since all the tables where being used, and we were willing to wait, but instead of her giving me an estimate, she told me the wait was gona be too long, almost like she was bothered that we were there. So we left to another place. The food also hasn’t been good lately , not sure if they hired a new cook but the taco meat is always very bland , no flavor, and it always tastes old (specially if we get the food to go). The salsa used to be my favorite and now that they serve it in the little containers, it tastes like it’s been sitting in the fridge for days, it also has no flavor. Not sure what happened to Tacos Puebla, I used to go there almost every week before and recommended it to everyone I knew, but don’t think I’ll be ordering from them in a while. Hopefully management can see these reviews and instead of dismissing them, try to find ways to improve their customer...

Good food and service.
The place has a few tables for dine in. Providing friendly services for special needs, but not all.
Their menu includes some really good options, in luring the stars of the show: Cemitas. With that Mexican style food inspired in the state of Puebla’s flavors and specialties, the Cemitas are the white bread round sandwiches filled with your favorite savory meat and toppings.
This restaurant in specific offers some of the most extensive Salsa options. Offering (in color coding) different hot and spicy leves as well as flavors. There is a chart inside the restaurant that will guide you to pick your favorite.
The ladies running the floor are very attentive and provide good customer service. Quick and friendly. There is only one small bathroom, which needs a bit of attention. This is mostly due to the size of the establishment, but don’t let that turn you away, the food is worth it.

Read moreThis place is horrible. I went in today for some special on tacos 🌮 taco Tuesday. The place was empty so I figure service would be good. Nope the lady took my order and left. Then gave my order and never saw her again. The food was disgusting 🫣. The pastor had no flavor and chewy. The carnitas tacos all they had were skin on them no meat. As you can see I took away the skins to show how much was meat and how much was just skins and other stuff. The chips were old and not crunchy. The horchata was waterly. The last thing that really got me like wow was the rice. It taste old and when you ate it you can see old rice in it as the rice was hard. I couldn't finish it. I left it there and paid and left. I also had to go pay as the person who took my order never came to see how I was doing. Worse restaurant in addison. You want real tacos go further south to 5 star swap meat tios tacos or north to wood dale Juan y yo. Don't waste...
