Sona Salon, Threading & Waxing — Attraction in Addison

Normally I go here to have my eyebrows threaded and they do a good job on touching up my eyebrows, however on today's visit, I had a terrible experience. I had part of my right eyebrow threaded off but instead of the salon admitting that they accidentally threaded off too much, they tried to convince me that somehow I had razored it off myself. Then they had asked me if maybe my hairdresser had somehow managed to cut my eyebrows. They kept trying to tell me afterwards that I had good eyebrows and it will grow back in no time. I personally didn't appreciate the fact that they kept trying to convince me that I had done it to myself. Needless to say, I had to go down the street to a local Beauty Salon and purchase an eyebrow pencil to fill in the gaps. The lady at the Beauty Salon did notice the mistake that was done and was able to help me select a color that would be a good fit to color in until it would grow back. Please have your employees admit when they make a mistake instead of trying to convince your clients that they somehow cut off their own eyebrows. Won't be going back after...

During my last appointment I opted to get a facial after my eyebrow appointment and let me tell you they really hooked me up! The room was so relaxing and smelt wonderful. The facial was very through but relaxing I even fell asleep during the service lol. But the glow I had after lasted for days!!!
