I'll start off by saying this review is not going to go well. I would not recommend this restaurant to a single person. Not even my worst enemy. We went for my wife's birthday last Saturday. It took over 40 min just to get our drinks that we ordered when we sat down. Granted we had a party of 12, so I stayed calm because I know things happen. Then it took over a hour just to get bread on our table, we asked over and over and over for it. At this time we had been sitting for a hour and the only thing we received were 1 round of drinks and bread. Bread was gone in 5 min because everyone was starving. Took another 20 min to get more bread, once again after we asked 10 times. We had a 6 year old and two 4 year olds with us keep in mind. After another 20 min passed the wait staff finally got our kids food out. With that being said, none of the adults got our food. The kids finished their food, and STILL no food for the adults. After sitting for a hour and 45 min the adults finally received our food (after I had to physically get up, find a manager and tell him we have not gotten our food, the kids finished their food and are getting antsy, as any kid that has to sit at dinner for 2 hours would). So it took us a hour and 45 min to get our food from this junk hole. I think the kids had been finished with their food for roughly 30 min at this point. Food tasted ok, 100% over priced for what you get. My brother in law got Chicken Parm and it looks like they ran out of spaghetti and just threw what they had left on his plate. Another guest that was with us was told as they were bringing our food out that they ran out of what he ordered LOL. AFTER waiting a hour and forty-five minutes, they tell him they ran out. Never once did the manager come and apologize. It was always me having to go to him. All in all it took over 2 hours, put a complete damper on the night. We saw multiple tables that got there after us, receive their food and finish before us. Not a single item was discounted due to the horrible service. I cannot stress enough that I will never step foot in this pile of junk they call a restaurant again. If I can make ONE RECOMMENDATION that will help you out greatly, once you pull into the parking lot, keep driving past the restaurant and go ahead and go eat at the shell gas station that is located next to it. I can promise you will get better service there. STEER CLEAR...
Read moreMy husband knows I love trying new spots so he did some research and took our family here for Mother's Day. Taking our kids out to eat always means we have to make sure two things are on the menu - pasta and steak - and Andiamo checked the boxes for both. You can definitely miss this place if you're driving by, but when you step inside it is so beautiful and quaint. You can definitely tell they take a lot of pride in the ambiance of the restaurant. My husband had a reservation so we were seated as soon as we arrived. There were 5 of us and we were put at a round table which is my absolute favorite because it makes for great conversation. We arrived early enough for brunch and I was extremely tempted as they have a number of eggs benedict options. That would typically be an easy choice for me, but I couldn't resist trying something Italian that I couldn't get somewhere else. For appetizers we decided to get the homemade focaccia (amazing presentation and absolutely wonderful!) as well as the charcuterie board which, despite it being on the smaller side, was the perfect amount for the 5 of us. We enjoyed a nice variety of food for lunch. I had the truffled mushroom pasta with salmon and I absolutely loved it. Not too salty or creamy - just the perfect amount of seasoning. My husband and daughters had the filet mignon with pasta alfredo. They said the steak was cooked perfect to order. My mom enjoyed the Bistecca Siciliana. She'd never had or heard of it before and she said it was absolutely delicious. I also like to try an espresso martini when it's on the menu and I highly recommend you try it if that's your speed - it was delicious. A delightful touch was the bracelet they gave me as a gift for Mother's Day. I can't say enough positive things about our first experience here and if you're in the area and in the mood for amazing Italian food and excellent service I can't recommend...
Read moreOur food was delicious, but it was kinda difficult to get it due to poor service. I enjoyed tenderloin bistecca served with fettuccine alfredo. Steak was served with red wine and mushrooms sauce and it was absolutely incredible. I could have eaten four entrees of it. My friend ordered the filet mignon and he said that it was one of the better steaks he'd had in quite some time. I ordered an appetizer that was also delicious. I can't recall what it was called but it was thinly sliced meat with drizzled with pesto and garnished with greens and mushrooms. It was also amazing. However it was served after our entrees. Our server didn't put it in when I ordered it with our drinks and completely forgot about it. I also had to ask for bread for the table because he didn't bring any out with our drinks. He also didn't take our entree order until 20 minutes after we got our drinks. About 10 minutes after we ordered entrees, I finally asked to check on the appetizer and he was clueless that I ordered it. Then there was some back and forth about it because I told him might as well not worry about it at this point because the entree is about to be out. He seemed unsure what to do but was then going to cancel the order. A few minutes later a woman stopped by and asked if we were waiting on the appetizer. Twitch, I replied we were but now we told him to cancel it. The server then came back a couple of minutes later and offered the appetizer again and said it would be on the house. So eventually we got it and it was amazing but it was a headache. We weren't in a huge rush but we did have plans that we ended up being late too because our meal ran a lot longer than we expected. So overall I'll definitely eat there again because the food was delicious. I just hope it goes smoother next time and/or we get a...
