Read moreWhile the food actually is pretty good and flavors are on point, they earned a one star for yesterday. Tell me, if you order Curry do you expect to have rice? Yes. If you pay extra to get Naan in addition, do you expect them do decide NOT TO SEND RICE? Chances are no. (And yes when I called asking about why no rice was sent, the response I received was "oh well you ordered Naan so I assumed you didnt want rice") If I had been making a substitution that would be one thing, but I paid extra just to have the naan with my food. If you order delivery (which you paid for) and the place you order from makes an error - do you expect them to force you to come to them to pick up a single container of rice? Probably not. Do you say I need to talk to my manager, let me get your phone number and call you back- only to never call back? Normally I that would be fine... if they actually had called back. I waited from about 1pm yesterday until this morning to post this and give them a chance to talk with me. However this didnt happen, so now this goes up. However that was my first and probably last experience with them. Find somewhere else to eat, because they aren't worth your money and dont value treating a customer well. Update 1.23: After attempting to reach the owner a 3rd and final time - he asked I give them another chance and apologized for the action of his employee who had decided to leave out half my order instead of contacting me. I will give a final update after one more visit. +1 Star for the owner owning up to the issue. Update 1.31: I gave Sigree a second shot today, and this time around the delivery was significantly better and the Owner kept his word. The food is great, and I can say it's some of the best I've had in the area. I'd advise to avoid ordering from them through the apps, but go-ahead and physically dine at the restaurant or pick-up there....

One thing that is extremelt disappointing in a Dallas Indian restaurant was the lack of distance between vegetarian and non vegetarian food; Very easy for cross contamination. Serving Spoons for both placed right next to each other. Its very easy to place buffer items in between without losing space, where you can still avoid cross contamination
Servers were nice and polite and asked if everything was okay, but, I didnt want to start a laundary list of what were all the things that needed to be improved; All small things, easily manageable with better management and tasting things before they come out, and replacing a few things with fresher things.
Note to management: In all, this is one of the few places in Dallas, that can easily get 10/10 with very few changes;...
