The complex, which once thrived with gym, health clinics, and family-owned businesses, was a hub for wellness and connection. By taking over this space, Discovery Church has not only disrupted the local economy but has also diminished the opportunities for residents to access diverse services that contribute to a healthy lifestyle. Many feel that a church could have chosen a more appropriate location, such as a school or public area, to establish their presence but we all know it’s not about spreading the word of god.

While the intention behind a church's expansion should be to reach more people, the approach taken here has sparked disappointment among those who valued the complex for its previous offerings. In the desire to be even more greedy than they used to be, this church has bought out the ENTIRE complex, ruining small businesses & disurpting over a decade of community in the complex.

I've been going to that anytime fitness for almost 10 years, yet this greedy church felt the need to completely disrupt that for their own financial gain. Not interested in reaching out, if you truly care about people & their bodies, reopen the gym you bought out instead of making it a space to beg people for money. My family went here this morning as we are checking out new churches. The service was nice. Good music and an excellent message. The only negative I had was that the main sermon was given on a screen instead of a live person who was there. I know they have several locations so I'm not sure if this is usual or not. They have a kids program and even a middle schooler program. Definitely going to keep this church in our mind as we continue to check out churches...
