I ALREADY FILED A COMPLAINT AGAINST STEPHANIE REGIME AND DERICK HARRY FROM DS Realty Group LLC TO THE FLORIDA REAL ESTATE COMMISSION. The address of the company is a home address,so if any problem happened,they will block your phone like they blocked our phone and disappeared,you will never reach them. 2.If you want to hire them,remember to sign an individual contract with them while they say and promise anything,otherwise they will deny any word they said and promised in text messages and emails,they will disappear and run away. 3.After I searched nearby realtors on Realtor.com website,Realtor.com sent us an email to recommend Stephanie regime and Derick Harry of DS realty group LLC on 07/24/2024 and gave my husband’s phone number to Stephanie,she texted us that they were better than other agents because they wouldn’t charge cancellation fee if we were not happy with them.But that’s a lie.So we signed a listing agreement with them for selling our home at the end of July over her fake promise.our home was listed as cheapest one in the community for 2 months,they didn’t reply to our messages most of time like they disappeared.we had to find another better agent,we were forced to pay them $1000 to terminate the listing agreement on 09/28/2024 4.They were our listing agents for selling our previous home between 08/01/2024-09/28/2024,we never signed any buyer broker agreement with them,they never showed any house to us.We found a new house we like by ourselves when we visited sales offices of some builders,we don’t have any buyer’s agent.On the day(09/02/2024) of signing the purchase contract of new house with builder,she texted us and lied that she would rebate commission if we wrote her name on our new house contract.On 11/15/2024 and 12/11/2024 she emailed builder,title company,our lender and us twice to inform she would get full commission and won’t give any rebate to us.Our new house was closed on 12/13/2024,they disappeared and ran away,they stole 3% buyer’s agent commission when they were our listing agents only.What they said and promised are just lies,we keep all phone text messages and emails evidences,but she denied anything she promised.They blocked our phone like they disappeared.Our terrible experience with them just wasted time and money.If you don’t want same nightmare,pls stay away from them. 5.When she was our listing agent for selling our previous home between 08/01/2024-09/28/2024,what a terrible job she did,she even couldn’t list our home correctly,I wrote all informations of our previous home and community on a paper and gave the paper to her when they came to our home for interview,she just threw away my paper and listed our home with many wrong informations,I had to message her many time to correct the listing.She didn’t reply to our messages most of time like she disappeared,they refused to do any effort to sell that house.They are advertising that they will take care of you,but actually they make us very angry most of time.My husband almost fainted several times because too angry about them. 6.They paid Zillow,Realtor.com and other websites to recommend them to clients,they are advertising on Zillow that they are your no 1 team for home buying and selling,they are advertising on realtor.com that they are your most trusted partnership for home buying and selling.These words are obvious fake,who or which organization ranked them as No.1 and most trusted?I regret that I didn’t read their advertisements carefully before we signed the listing agreement with them for selling our previous home.these are red flags. 7.Don’t trust their 5 star reviews,I noticed a person named Cristina Regime wrote a recommendation for DS realty group on realtor.com,through search on google and Facebook,I found out Cristina regime is Derick Harry’s wife,Stephanie regime’s sister,Cristina regime is her maiden name,Cristina Harry is her married name.Wife pretended to be a client to recommend husband and sister.so you can imagine who wrote these 5 star reviews and...

Where do I even begin to explain how amazing Derick and Stephanie are as our real estate agents. Derick is quick to respond to questions, concerns and requests - he was willing to show us numerous houses (even one that was an hour away in the middle on no-where because we thought we might like to live in the "country") and he was always on top of providing listings to us that matched our list of needs and wants. Always quick to offer support and answers, we always felt as if he really cared to find our perfect home. I have heard horror stories from friends and even my husband's own sister, that some real estate agents don't respond timely, don't offer help or just don't care - but the total opposite is true of Derick and Stephanie. Stephanie is truly a Godsend. I am so happy to have found her. She got back to me on a Sunday morning while she was away at the beach with her family. I am a first time buyer, so I had 1001 questions to ask. Stephanie patiently answered all of them and put my mind at ease. She went above and beyond. We appreciated that she had numbers and contacts to give us for electricians, a lender, a broker for insurance, and anyone else we needed through this process. It made our first time home buying experience so much easier. Stephanie knew I was teaching at this time, so it was very helpful that she was willing to text me.
