Wonderland Alamo smoke and gift shop — Attraction in Alamogordo

R: There is no "carefully packing" pre-broken and crumbled wraps as was shown in my video!? I took them right out of the package. You guys keep extremely old product is the truth of the matter. Again, there's countless other smoke shops that don't sell them the way you guys do and they work just as they should. It's typical of you to refuse a refund when you know you're selling poor/faulty items. I hope other people take note, but I know I have. Thanks!

Bad business. Save your money or go to one of the other 20 smoke shops in town. Over the past 2 years I've bought wraps from here and they are always broken and extremely old/dry to the point they crumble apart when I open the package. This has happened about 5 times so I finally said enough and went back and showed the lady a video of the product and asked for a refund (for this ONE purchase out of many). She is refusing me a refund and having me call the Las Cruces store. I call, they are extremely confused and said this location in specific has to refund. They gave me no way of contacting management or the owner except to come back to the store at another time. Quality control is important, so is maintaining your inventory. I should have stopped giving this business so many chances a while ago, but I thought maybe theyd step it up after verbally complaining. Now, of course, I feel like I need to take the extra step because I can only imagine how much money they make selling products to people that they can't even use! I drove to another smoke shop after getting home with the broken ones, and the product they sold me at 'the other place,' was perfect. 5/08/22... So just made my first purchase at this shop for a vape pen and juice. Had no idea what exactly to get...UPDATE since my purchase in May I been waiting on a certain coil for my pen I purchased from them and they never have it. It upset me that they will con you into buying a pen they will no longer have coils for same as sam's. I started back up smoking cigarettes which was a hassle in itself due to their lack of product! I ended up going to a store called peace out just to browse and told them my issue . They ended up having me prepay for my coils ad I received them and also for my tanks to other pens that Sam's and wonderland dno longer sell.
