I bought a pair of tall boots for the first time in my life, only to figure out that I can’t wear them due to the natural bend in my leg. I of course wore the boots in my house to see if they would work for my feet the way I want them to, as I have not bought a new pair in quite a few years. They have the smallest amount of wear. I would by them from the store like that. But because my husband threw the tags away that were on the table my return was first postponed and then the next day denied. So I know the value a good work boot, And respect prices for them. Dollar was ok on prices of big brand, but the bottom brands were a little high I think. The sales lady said I was the wrong size, not funny. My problem was that even after I ask her to let me at least make a decision on type and style, She never left my side was not giving me second to hardly answer her did not show me any thing on sale. And most importantly I was with my wife and the lady ignored and interrupted my wife repeatedly. I tried several times to get some space to. This is my favorite store even over Lowes or home depot. The Employees here, Sherrie, Anna are so very nice and know their products, they have great personalities and very friendly. I met the Manager today, Kristy, she came over and said hello and ask if I needed any help. Very nice and polite, and great personality also!
