Alameda Park — Attraction in Alamogordo

Nice open area, a few covered areas the gazebo you can reserve for special times pets are welcome pickup after them there is a kids play ground bench seating public restrooms handicap parking they also offer a the toy train depo where people can ride the miniature train from one end of the park to the other for a few threw out the year they also have diffrent events that take place theres lots of parking there is a rail way behind the park it is fenced from the street side but not the back from the rail way the alamogordo zoo the oldest zoo in new mexico is just right...

Went here to play the disc golf course. See the attached maps to help you navigate the course because it is not well marked out and some of the tee boxes are just unmarked dirt or marked dirt (see photo) while others are concrete slabs. However, the baskets are nice and the disc golf course is a mostly open (only a few trees) so good for beginners. I am glad this park has the disc golf course, hence why...

I love this little Park there's lots of picnic tables so you can sit out, they have a handicap area for seniors or disabled with a special picnic tables they have that train toy Depot Museum that you can go in and look at all the stuff they also have a miniature train that runs all around the park the kids love to ride that. I get my food from wherever I meeting for lunch and I go sit...
