Delicious.
The spring rolls were light and satisfying. The Beef Pho was flavorful and hearty, I added some siraccha and a little soy sauce for a small kick of spice, it does come with sliced jalapeños in case you like it extra spicy.
The spicy soup my husband ordered the Bun Bo Hue, was packed with flavor and meat, it was very filling. If you don’t like fish, I would skip that one because it had a slight fishy taste to it, probably due to fish sauce. The pot stickers were fried and had a nice crisp on the outside. My little daughter devoured them! The iced chai tea was sweet and delicious, it really curbed my sweet tooth and thirst.
Everything was absolutely great at this restaurant! The food was delicious! The staff/waitress/cashier were all super friendly and greeted us with a smile. The prices are reasonable, and the restaurant was very clean and so were the bathrooms. They do close early, make sure you call or look up the hours so you don’t make a wasted trip.
Definitely...
Read moreThe staff was friendly, but the food was very distasteful and unpleasant. I went in there excited for the pho as the pictures looked like it was delicious, but my husband and I were highly disappointed. We started with the spring rolls, and it looked like they used old vegetables and put them in the roll. The shrimp inside the roll was unseasoned. That should have been a red flag, but we wanted to give it a chance and wanted to like the place. So we ordered bún bò huê, and my husband ordered pho— one of the blandest and most unpleasant we’ve had. Both of the broths were bland and seemed as if it was just water with the ingredients put in. My noodles were undercooked and had almost no flavor. Not at all what the dishes are supposed to taste like. I’m not particularly eager to leave businesses negative reviews. Still, the owner needs to know so they can stay...
Read moreWhat an amazing experience! The food was absolutely incredible. I started with a lovely jasmine green tea, and my wife and I shared the pot stickers and the cheese tteokbokki. The combination of flavors and textures had us hooked immediately! For our mains my wife had the dry noodle char siu pork and I had the ramen stir fry. Absolutely delicious! We finished lunch by sharing some mango sticky rice and taking some strawberry sticky rice. It was the perfect finish to the meal; it was like having a nice warm hug before walking out the door. You could taste the passion and the love in each plate of food, and we most definitely left with smiles on our faces and happy stomachs. Can't wait...
