I regret having to leave this review, but my experience with this gallery has been deeply frustrating. Over the past two years, I have repeatedly tried to reclaim my unsold artwork that was consigned to the gallery’s gift shop. After multiple unanswered emails, I attempted to retrieve the pieces in person, only to be told they couldn’t be located. Later, I was informed the artwork had been found, but by that time, I had moved away. The owner assured me it would be shipped, yet a year has passed, and I am once again being ignored—still without my art.
The owner has been unapologetic throughout this process, often making excuses, including citing challenges from the pandemic. While I am empathetic to the difficulties of running a small business, there has been ample opportunity since then to make amends. Unfortunately, it’s clear that returning my artwork is not a priority for this gallery. The inventory system appears highly disorganized, and communication has been inconsistent.
