Ordered flowers online for my sister in Albany, received an email receipt and order number -- felt good to remember her birthday!

The flowers were never delivered (gee, happy birthday!) The Golden Poppy did not return my call when I called the number in the confirmation email, and left a message with the confirmation number and contact information.

Called again today, and got someone live. She has never heard of my sister, and said they have two online systems. No apology, no sense of urgency about missing a commitment. She may call me back, but I am not holding my breath.

Update, she did call back and left a message offering to deliver a bouquet for free today. As much as I appreciate the sentiment, my sister's birthday has come and gone.
