This place is still run by cool people but prices are all over the place. Import games are definitely over what they should be but not as bad as other places I've been. Most Xbox/Playstation prices are pretty decent but for the uncommon games they go off of months old pricecharting listings (Phantom Dust has no reason to be $90 still, same with Gunvalkrye at $40 in a rental case with a beat up manual). Nintendo prices CAN be pretty egregious, with some titles going for double their price charting listings. I get that they can't have their prices like they used to with how volatile the market is right now, but I wish an effort would be made to fairly maintain them. Every time I go in it seems like there's more games than when I came in last time, telling me that they're getting a lot of trades from people trying to strike while the iron is hot, but not enough people are buying from them to keep a balanced stock. I hope this changes because this place has been an Albuquerque institution for years, I hate to see it in it's current state but I'd hate it even more for it...
Read moreIn today's market, standout customer service is hard to come by, but Monique, Kitty and the whole crew at Gamers Anonymous defies the norm with their exceptional assistance.

Without hesitation, Monique, Kitty, and the team at Gamers Anonymous swiftly resolved the issue with professionalism and genuine concern for my satisfaction. While I won't delve into specifics of how this was resolved, their effective solution ensured I could enjoy my gaming experience fully.
Thank you, Monique, Kitty, and Gamers Anonymous, for consistently delivering amazing quality of service, and I appreciate...
Read moreExceptionally knowledgeable staff, and excellent prices. The inventory is impressive for such a small location, with something for every console. From Atari to current versions of Xbox and PlayStation, it is in stock. The store is carpeted with both systems and games for sale. Bargain bins present choices for economical buys, though the average regular price is certainly affordable. Moreover, because of the nature of the business, the likelihood of them finding a customer's desired game or system is quite high. They even have an on-call list for customers seeking something specific. Finally, a heartwarming note. This store regularly has one or two kittens in house that are up for adoption. They host these cats in cooperation with a local pet adoption organization. So whether one is in the market for a retro game, a current console, or an adorable cat, this is the...
