I recently had the pleasure of visiting Kung Fu Tea, and I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional service provided by two of their male staff members. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of professionalism that is truly commendable. First and foremost, let me mention the efficiency and attentiveness of these two individuals. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and that I felt valued as a customer. Not only did they take the time to explain the menu and provide recommendations, but they also exhibited great patience in helping me make my selection. Their product knowledge was truly impressive. I had some specific dietary restrictions, and they were not only able to guide me towards suitable options, but they also knew the ingredients of each drink inside and out. I downloaded the app and tried ordering through it but was having issues (the app said it wasn’t going through but my card was saying it had been charged). I called the store to see if they had gotten my order and Destiny let me know they hadn’t. After a few more failed attempts on my end, Destiny took my order over the phone and said they’d have it ready when I got there. She was so wonderfully helpful and never lost patience with me, even when I had to keep playing phone tag while trying to figure out if the app was working! I placed an order through the mobile app. When I walk in the store to pick it up, I see a frantic worker who politely tells me “I’m working on that order. I’m the only one here.” He has 3 other people waiting for their orders. I ended up just taking drinks that weren’t mine because he made them, no one claimed them, and I was waiting over 30 minutes for my order that I did for pick up through the app. This poor worker was trying to do it all by himself.
