Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Possibly our worst Pizza Hut experience ever. Ordered 2 large pan pizzas and cheese sticks on the app. It said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I placed order at 8:39pm. I sat there, with 4 kids, waiting until 9:37pm, to finally get my order. Then, I open the box and discover that it's thin crust, not pan, and they never even mentioned to me at any point that they were out of pan pizza. It was like they were trying to sneak it. But I had paid $4 extra to get pan and we only come to pizza hut for their pan pizza. Then, when I told them it wasn't acceptable and to cancel my order, I had to sit there until 9:51pm to finally get the to get it cancelled. They gave me my cheese sticks for free, but that was a pittance when considering I waited there for over an hour only to have to go home without the food my family wanted. There were so many problems here. Not only was this location failing tremendously, but this shows why pizza hut corporate needs to enact some old school changes. Corporate has no idea that locations are behind when estimating wait times. Individual locations aren't able to easily provide a refund without going through hoops at corporate. There for an Uber order at 7pm, Friday. Walked into apparent chaos. Waiting (amongst several other drivers and customers)for half an hour, to discover the order was in limbo in the hot box the Whole time and just missing 2 items for almost an hour. The previous driver had already given up and I was second to deal with trying to get this guy his order. I expressed frustration with this discovery and asked the manager for her name. She (Julie?) pointed to a handwritten name tag on her hat (Maeve), that wasn't hers, and proceeded to dish out attitude. I said, "I'm tempted to contact corporate while I'm standing here. This is stupid!" Then she goes on to say, "if you keep giving me an attitude I can just cancel your order." Needless to say, I'll never go back and I'll warn others. Also, I did a delivery for the pizza hut off 6th and Lomas just 2 hours before and it was perfect. Two Very different locations. Notes submitted to corporate....

We have not ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in years. So when my wife said she wanted Pizza Hut I thought I would. Placed the order on the website for a large pepperoni lovers pizza for delivery. Payed the 33.50 (including 5.50 delivery fee and 4.00 tip) and waited. Got a text that said my pizza was going to be delivered by door dash not Pizza Hut. When it arrived it was cold. No pizza bag to keep it warm driver didn’t speak any English no Parmesan or chili flakes. Opened the box to find what I believe is a standard 1 topping pizza very little cheese almost no sauce. This is probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut. I would say that if you want a good pizza since it comes DoorDash anyway you should get one from Deon’s or any other pizza place in the city.maybe a different Pizza Hut other then the one on Wyoming.
