Very pet friendly unless they are not on a leash and aggressive players. There is plenty of room for everybody. The area for kids is offset from the park which is nice for them. There is a basketball court also. There is football practice in the later afternoons 3-5 so there's little access to a big area of the park and little parking. But there is still a path you might be interested in that will take you all the way East up to Juan tabo and and as far down west to Wyoming maybe further. Early in the morning it's great in that there are not a whole lot of people or pets in the park and in the evening also! Read moreHave always Loved this park...since I myself was a child. Now we bring our kids. Love the childcare facility. Since our kids are homeschooled they are able to socialize with other children their age...in a safe environment. Unfortunately, we left because there was a transient/homeless? anglo person yelling obscenities under the bridge on the east side of the park. As my husband and daughter returned to the playground, from our vehicle, (parked on the Northside of the park), he yelled at my husband and threatened to start a fight with him. I alerted one of the child care providers, they decided to take the children inside the center...

There are a number of trees, but there is also a large area without trees for sports. The grass is thick and lush; comfortable to sit or lie in.
