Farmers Chile Market — Local services in Albuquerque

I was there 1st day they opened this year. Very local to me 3 1/2 mile road and trail ride to them. Couple crew asked me more questions about my recumbent trike, than they had time to hear me out. Trip 1 I bought 7+ lb hot and med green hatch green chili. Today about 4 lb x-hot.

My 2 factor ratings are 1st and 80% of rating are customer service. Here if I could I would give them 10 star. There you are a person.

2nd is quality of goods offered. Again here 100% quality of the currently available Hatch Green Chili. I asked When I might get x-hot, got a honest answer, "later." Later was today when I called ahead.

So Folk this Farm Market is open. It is seasonal as are local Real Farm Markets.

I think that both of the original Farmers Market stores are AWESOME. The quality is by far the best in the state, and the prices can not be beat. The store has been around for more than 50 years, so of course the building is old, but it is not dirty. Not at all. In fact, I feel that the homey, locally owned atmosphere is preferable to the "Corporate" look of some other larger stores that try and steal the name from this store. The service is great and the employees always treat me like I matter as a customer. Thank you Farmers Market for saving my family money and giving us a winning...

Great variety, but some things are a little pricey for being produce. Also this Saturday I went, and one of their card payment machines was down because the cashier seemed to be improperly trained and had caused it to malfunction. Then he accused my brother of stealing jerky because he was eating it in the store. My brother went to go pay at the other register because of the cashier's mistake, and then had come back to help me with my bags because I had paid with cash. Not great service for my first time...
