I wouldn't even give them one star. They have the worst customer service. We called in an appointment for 4 for an early valentine's treat . We all got taken in except for one. We figured ok they are busy but they kept skipping my friend. When my friend asked after not being seen over an hour, hey what's going on... the front desk girl, to cover her butt said that she thought my friend told her she changed her mind about getting her full set of acrylics done. Another thing they said that not all there nail tech's work with acrylic. On top of my friend getting ignored, when I was getting my manicure started I requested for my cracked thumbnail to be fixed with a bit of acrylic on the side (which many places I have gone to do that, also sometimes for free.) So without asking me when it came down to it my nail lady put crazy glue on it. I thought to myself ok it may work so I didn't say anything. About two hrs later my nail was cracked again. Today I went back to get it fixed and the manager butted in and asked to see my nail. I told her what happened and how my nails had been fixed in other places before. Very rude with a bull dog face she told me that they do not do that there. I told her how is it possible that they don't, she replied very rude again and told me well we don't and we charge to put acrylic on the entire nail. I told her you guys have the worst customer service and I don't appreciate how you guys ignored my friend yesterday. She told me that they didn't ignore my friend.. I told her well if 4 appointments are set and only three of us were helped that means you ignored her. So on top of my story apparently most nail techs do not work with acrylic, the front desk girl does not know how to deligate the techs to customers, and they have a horrible manager that does not care about there customers. We never got an apology and they made it seem that we were at fault. Us four ladies will not return and will tell many of our friends to stay away and take their business elsewhere. By the way myself and another friend go to princess nails. We went to T&Y because it was a valentine's treat and we were invited. I love princess nails. Please go there, they are amazing!!! See Jenny she does everything you ask as...
Read moreThis was my place for pedicures for more than 5 years until today. I brought my mom here as well and “her” pedicurist made her so very happy. She died in February and had Alzheimer’s and I am so grateful to the woman who tended her and was so gentle and kind to her. Last week I got a pedicure. I used to be able to go a month between pedicures because they did such a great job. This time the aesthetician didn't even bother to removed the all polish and it started flaking off in days. Plus she left the outer sides of my feet untouched and she turned on the timer for the “massage” and kept getting up and running around barely touching my legs and feet. I called and spoke to the owner who told me to come in and she would have someone give me another pedicure. Well, I got there and she wanted me to physically point out the person who had done my pedicure. I said I felt uncomfortable doing so. But I said she was in a gray shirt. I was led over to the seat and told I was getting a polish change, not a pedicure. The aesthetician was someone I didn’t know and he was rude and surly. I decided they weren’t worth my time and was going to leave. I tried to explain to the owner she’d embarrassed me by making a big commotion after I’d told her who had done the pedicure. She interrupted me and talked over me and then accused me of lying about who did the pedicure and tried to tell me the one who had taken care of my mom was the one. She said I lied because “Nancy” was her very best and it couldn’t have been her. Good things come to an end, and this place has gone downhill. No Customer service skills, Diminishing actual service skills, embarrassing customers, no keeping promises. I wouldn’t waste your time with...
Read moreUsed to love this place but it has definitely gone downhill. Last 3 experiences were just awful! One day went in for a gel mani and I was in a hurry. I got the boyfriend of one of their other nail techs. He was just learning and it was painfully obvious he did not know what he was doing. Jeez, have him practice on your staff not clients. He was so slow I was completely pissed off by the time I left. He got up no less than 3 times to go take a bite of his lunch and/or consult with his girlfriend. Ugh. Next time went for a pedi. The nail tech is a little tiny woman but she kept contorting my feet so much to get positioned for her comfort it was not relaxing for me at all. Last time, I went for a gel mani. The tech kept forgetting to turn on the UV lamp. Then because of that she totally botched one of my nails and tried to blame it on me. WTH?!?! When I mentioned that it was because SHE forgot to turn on the lamp she became very rude. She also barely trimmed my cuticles and it honestly looked like I had done the mani myself. Done, moved on. You should move on too. For the prices they charge, you can find somewhere else...
