Heavenly Treasures — Attraction in Allenhurst

The worst customer service I have ever experienced!! No one knows absolutely anything every time I called for a status update i was told different information! Their "manager" Al is the worst, after trying to help a frustrated customer, being the "manager" your job is to resolve the issue! Yet he threatened to cancel my order if I called back and he also told me that it's my fault why I was reciving different information. He spoke to me in a very rude tone and my only concern was when my order will be delivered because it's very time sensitive since I was not recieving any form of information. This has to be the absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with!!!! If you want terrible customer service THIS IS THE PLACE!! THEY ARE BEYOND...

Great experience with Heavenly Treasures ! They are one of the very few N.A. companies that import Italian charms. I ordered 3, and while the order was very long coming (over 3 months), they warned ahead of time shipments from Italy were sporadic, and it may take some time - so good job managing expectations ! Any inquiries I made via the toll free # were answered promptly and the lady at Customer Service was unfailingly helpful and polite. Her Southern accent with kind of rad too. :) Love my new charms. Awesome pair of earrings came quickly. I ordered them on a Thursday and they came the next day. I ordered Hersheys kiss earrings and will buy from them the rest of the set. Can't wait to save enough for the necklace and bracelet. I would and will be coming back to Heavenly Treasures. They have great customer service as I called before ordering to make sure it was a real company. They answered promptly and offered to assist me in any way possible. Great company. ...
