Grateful Deli — Restaurant in Loch Arbour

Stopped here on the way to work at a Long Branch beach club - picked up a chicken salad wrap with cucumber that I ordered online. Have never been here before but it’s next to my favorite liquor store so I have seen it. I just want to say that was one of the BEST chicken salad I’ve ever had. Finely diced white meat chicken and just a touch of diced red onion for flavor (was not over powering at all) - the wrap was perfectly tight and compact. Came with a pickle and a small container of fantastic macaroni salad. - all for $12. Ordered online and was ready when I got there. I was pleasantly surprised and will most definitely come back - it’s convenient and parking great. If I had only one criticism it was that they put it in a paper lunch bag that is quite thin and does tear easily. Love this little place. Wondering now if they also make garlic grilled cheese ?? What a fall from grace. We used to order from here at least once a week and loved it every time. The past few times have been hit or miss, but we kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because we’ve always loved this spot. Unfortunately, they’ve had to raise prices since the pandemic hit.
